1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (internpathshala.com), educational offerings, Industry-Oriented Mastery Programs, 21-day NEP 2020-aligned practical internships, and the NEEV Career Clarity & Growth Forum.

By browsing our website, applying for programs, or registering for internships, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the site or enroll in our programs.

2. Student Eligibility & Enrollment

Our programs and internships are designed for college students, graduates, and working professionals aiming to bridge academic knowledge with career-ready skills. When submitting inquiries, clarity call bookings, or enrollment details, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal, academic, and contact information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any student or registration credentials issued to you.
• Promptly update us if any of your submitted educational or contact details change.

3. Industry Mastery Programs & 21-Day Internships

Internpathshala offers specialized training programs and practical internship cohorts under the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) framework.

• Mandated Hours: The 21-day internship program requires completion of a minimum of 120 practical working hours, distributed across guided live assignments, self-directed tasks, and industry mentor evaluations.
• Attendance & Schedule: Interns must maintain regular attendance as per the designated cohort calendar. Weekly offs and gazetted national Indian holidays are observed in accordance with statutory guidelines.
• Evaluation & Submissions: Issuance of internship completion credentials is contingent upon satisfactory submission of the required project reports, practical work portfolios, and mentor review.

4. Certification & Document Verification

Upon successful completion of all mandated curriculum and attendance requirements:

• Students are issued an official Internship Certificate containing a unique Registration Number and tamper-evident QR code.
• Authenticity of any certificate issued by Internpathshala can be independently verified 24/7 by employers, universities, or academic institutions at our official verification portal: internpathshala.com/verify.
• A corresponding NEP 2020 Internship Logbook detailing completed daily hours, skill tasks, and authorized mentor signatures is provided for academic credit submission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, training materials, syllabi, software assets, brand graphics, logos, and website designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Internpathshala and its educational partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access materials solely for your own individual learning.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, public display, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of our curriculum materials or document templates is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Student Conduct

Students and participants in the NEEV Forum, live classes, and internship cohorts are expected to uphold professionalism, academic honesty, and mutual respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, academic plagiarism, submission of fabricated logbook entries, or disruptive behavior in community channels.

7. Career Guidance & Placement Support Disclaimer

Our Mastery Programs, clarity calls, and internships provide industry-grade skills, mentorship, and portfolio development to maximize employment readiness. While we provide placement preparation, resume reviews, and corporate networking support, we do not guarantee specific employment offers, salaries, or university examination marks, as individual outcomes depend on personal aptitude, effort, and prevailing market conditions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to these Terms.
